Robinhood Markets IncRevenue growth and strong financial performance, with analysts projecting 16% CAGR through 2028.

Robinhood's total revenue rose 15% year over year to $1.07 billion in the first quarter of 2026, even as its crypto trading revenue plunged 47% to $134 million. The company offset the decline through growth in options trading revenue, which rose 8% to $260 million, equities trading revenue up 46% to $82 million, and a 320% surge in other transaction revenue to $147 million, driven mainly by events and prediction contracts. Net interest revenue increased 24% to $359 million, benefiting from higher interest rates, while subscription revenue jumped 57% to $85 million as Robinhood Gold subscribers expanded 36% to 4.3 million. Analysts expect Robinhood's revenue and adjusted EBITDA to both grow at compound annual growth rates of 16% from 2025 to 2028, supported by the expansion of its Robinhood Chain Ethereum Layer-2 network for asset tokenization, prediction markets, agentic AI tools, and new Gold subscriber features. With an enterprise value of $85 billion, the stock trades at 24 times next year's adjusted EBITDA.
