Roche Holding AGSwiss franc appreciation reported as headwind reducing reported sales by 2%.

Roche reported first-half 2026 sales of 30.4 billion Swiss francs, down 2 percent year over year due to significant appreciation of the Swiss franc, though sales rose 6 percent at constant exchange rates. Core earnings per share reached 10.85 francs, up 9 percent at constant currencies. The Pharmaceuticals Division grew 6 percent to 23.6 billion francs, driven by Xolair, Hemlibra, Ocrevus, Phesgo and Vabysmo, while the Diagnostics Division rose 3 percent to 6.7 billion francs. The top five growth drivers generated combined sales of 11 billion francs, an increase of 12 percent at constant exchange rates, offsetting declines from Avastin, Herceptin, MabThera/Rituxan, Lucentis and Actemra/RoActemra due to loss of exclusivity. Roche expects total sales to grow in the mid-single-digit range at constant exchange rates in 2026, with core earnings per share growing in the high single-digit range, and plans to further raise its dividend in Swiss francs.
