Opus Integration implemented the modern DCS at the state-of-the-art facility, which launched in 2025, providing full plant visualization, robust cybersecurity, and a unified control and data environment. The system gives operators deep visibility, reduces troubleshooting time through modern interlock objects, and supports historical trend analysis for anomaly detection and process improvement. Heaven Hill, the world's largest independent bourbon maker, is already building AI-focused roles to leverage production data from the PlantPAx infrastructure.
