Rogers Communications has priced a combined C$1.6 billion offering of subordinated notes due in 2057, split between $1 billion in U.S. dollar-denominated notes and C$600 million in Canadian notes. Net proceeds from the U.S. notes are expected to be approximately $990 million, while the Canadian notes will bring in about $595 million. The dual-currency issuance was announced as a public offering of fixed-to-fixed subordinated notes.
