Meta Platforms Inc.Fund highlights strong revenue growth and AI-driven ad metrics, supporting long-term value despite stock pressure.

Rowan Street Capital highlighted Meta Platforms’ strong business performance in its Q2 2026 investor letter, noting that revenue grew 33% year over year to $56.3 billion in the first quarter and 28% to $60.8 billion in the second quarter, with first-half revenue reaching approximately $117 billion and trailing twelve-month revenue surpassing $228 billion. Despite the stock prices of several holdings facing pressure in 2026, the underlying businesses have performed effectively, and Meta’s AI investments are already producing measurable results, including double-digit growth in Instagram time spent and a 9% increase in Facebook video time. Ad impressions rose 14% and the average price per ad increased 12%, helping Family of Apps advertising revenue grow 27% during the second quarter. The fund emphasized that business performance ultimately drives long-term investment returns, even when stock prices temporarily diverge.
