US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi are scheduled to meet for talks in Manila, the Philippines, tomorrow on the sidelines of the ASEAN meeting to discuss preparations for President Xi Jinping's visit to Washington in September. Earlier, President Donald Trump met with President Xi in Beijing in May, and the two leaders agreed to meet again on September 24 at the White House.
