S&P Global reported strong PMI data and confirmed a dividend increase, both positive for the company.

S&P Global reported that its latest US Purchasing Managers' Index survey shows private sector output surged in June, marking the fastest overall growth in five months. Manufacturing activity reached a nearly four-year high while services activity also expanded. The company also confirmed a third-quarter 2026 cash dividend of $0.97 per share, equating to an annualized $3.88 per share, continuing a record of paying a dividend every year since 1937 and raising it annually for more than 50 years.
