Sage Park's Managing Director of M&A Chintan Meher said the acquisition adds state-of-the-art medical clean-room manufacturing to the platform, enhancing the customer experience and product range. BCB President Ali Debei expressed confidence that the combination will expand core capabilities and better meet evolving customer needs.
