Salesforce.com IncAgentforce ARR up 205% to $1.2B, strong adoption of AI platform

Salesforce reported that Agentforce annual recurring revenues reached $1.2 billion in the first quarter of fiscal 2027, up 205% year over year, signaling strong early adoption of its enterprise AI platform. Combined Agentforce and Data 360 ARR came in at $3.4 billion, more than doubling from the year-ago period, while the company processed 28.6 trillion AI tokens, up 152% sequentially, and Agentic Work Units increased 111% to 3.8 billion. More than 50% of Agentforce and Data 360 bookings came from existing customers, highlighting the potential to expand spending per customer. Salesforce's total first-quarter revenues rose 13% to $11.13 billion, and current Remaining Performance Obligation increased 14% to $33.6 billion, prompting the company to raise the lower end of its fiscal 2027 revenue guidance to $45.9-$46.2 billion from $45.8-$46.2 billion. The Zacks Consensus Estimate for fiscal 2027 revenues is pegged at $46.09 billion, indicating year-over-year growth of about 11%.
