Salesforce.com IncAnalyst raises price target and AI ARR surges, boosting stock despite slower organic growth.

Salesforce is showing fresh evidence that its AI strategy is generating meaningful recurring revenue, prompting D.A. Davidson analyst Gil Luria to raise his price target to $200 from $175, though he kept a Neutral rating. The stock jumped about 12% after earnings as investors focused on stronger AI adoption, improving bookings trends, and a higher full-year revenue outlook. Agentforce and Data 360 annual recurring revenue reached nearly $3.9 billion, up more than 210% year over year, while Agentforce ARR alone exceeded $1.5 billion, rising more than 240%. Total second-quarter revenue reached $11.3 billion, up 11%, and current remaining performance obligations rose 14% to $33.5 billion. However, excluding Informatica, organic revenue growth slowed to 6.4% from 8.7% in the prior quarter, and Salesforce raised fiscal 2027 revenue guidance to $46.1 billion to $46.4 billion while maintaining its 34.3% non-GAAP operating-margin forecast.
