Salesforce and Siemens announced a new chapter in their partnership at Dreamforce, combining Agentforce with Siemens' Teamcenter Service Lifecycle Management to put engineering-grade answers directly into sales, service, and customer workflows. Siemens has deployed Agentforce to modernize its inbound sales development, engaging 100% of the more than 2,500 unqualified leads it receives each month across 132 countries and routing the strongest opportunities to its 18,000 sellers through an engagement agent and a qualification agent working in tandem. The companies said the agent-to-agent connection compresses processes from weeks to hours, supporting aftermarket revenue that grows around six times faster and carries roughly four times the margin of new equipment sales, according to industry analysis. Looking ahead, Piper, an AI SDR agent, will build personalized pitches and book qualified partners directly with a partner account manager, while Slackbot and Agentforce Operations, powered by Regrello, will orchestrate supplier onboarding end-to-end in SAP, simplifying the process from weeks to days. Salesforce Chair and CEO Marc Benioff called the collaboration a blueprint for the AI era, and Siemens AG President and CEO Roland Busch said embedding the digital twin into the commercial workflow puts a virtual engineer in the hands of service technicians and salespersons.
