Salesforce.com IncQ2 earnings beat with $5.90 non-GAAP EPS vs $3.27 consensus, raised FY2027 revenue guidance, and a $25B accelerated share repurchase cutting share count.

Salesforce reported a second-quarter earnings beat that pushed its Agentforce annual recurring revenue above $1.5 billion, up more than 240% year over year. Revenue for the quarter ended August 26, 2026, came in at $11.35 billion, up 10.8%, while non-GAAP earnings per share hit $5.90 against a $3.27 consensus, an 80.36% beat and the company's sixth straight. Management raised its full-year fiscal 2027 revenue guidance to a range of $46.1 billion to $46.4 billion, and combined Agentforce and Data 360 annual recurring revenue now stands at nearly $3.90 billion, up over 210%. Chief Executive Marc Benioff called it one of the company's best quarters ever and highlighted the CloudForce partnership with Anthropic, whose premium editions carry a 60% to 80% premium and have reached only 5% of knowledge workers so far. A $25 billion accelerated share repurchase has already cut diluted share count to 821 million from 962 million, though GAAP earnings per share of $4.29 included a $2.43 per-share lift from $2.61 billion in strategic investment gains and restructuring charges rose to $94 million from $4 million a year earlier.
