Salesforce.com IncEarnings beat driven by one-time investment gains, operating income flat, and FY27 guidance weak.

Salesforce's recent earnings beat was largely driven by one-time investment gains, masking flat operating income despite 11% revenue growth. The company reported non-GAAP EPS of $5.90 against a consensus of $3.27, but $2.6 billion in net gains on strategic investments contributed $2.53 per share. Operating income was $2.331 billion, essentially unchanged year over year, while revenue rose 10.83% to $11.345 billion. Agentforce ARR surpassed $1.5 billion, up 240% year over year, and current remaining performance obligations reached $33.5 billion, up 14%. However, FY27 operating and free cash flow growth guidance remains at just 4% to 5%, and the company raised its full-year revenue guidance to $46.1 billion to $46.4 billion, with only $100 million of the raise being organic.
