Samsung has launched three eighth-generation foldable smartphones in the Galaxy Z Series at Galaxy Unpacked July 2026 in London, highlighting an Agentic AI strategy combined with premium hardware. The Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra is the first in the family to carry the Ultra designation, measuring 4.1 millimetres thin when unfolded and weighing 215 grams. It features Flex Titanium technology for enhanced durability, an 8-inch main display, and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy chipset, with a 5,000 milliamp-hour battery. Pricing starts at 69,900 baht. The Galaxy Z Fold8 sports a redesigned look, weighs 201 grams — the lightest in the lineup — and packs a 4,800 milliamp-hour battery, starting at 61,900 baht. The Galaxy Z Flip8 focuses on interaction through its outer FlexWindow display, which integrates the Now Brief function from Galaxy AI. It is 6.1 millimetres thin, weighs 180 grams, and starts at 42,900 baht. All three models are available for pre-order on 22 July and go on sale on 14 August.
