Semiconductor equipment stocks rose Thursday after SanDisk issued bullish multi-year financial targets at its 2026 Investor Day. SanDisk guided for revenue growth in the mid-to-high teens through fiscal 2030, non-GAAP gross margins of approximately 80%, operating margins around 75%, and adjusted free cash flow margin near 50%, with plans to return 100% of excess cash to shareholders. The company has signed New Business Model agreements with eight customers covering about 50% of bits in fiscal 2027 and roughly two-thirds in fiscal 2028, backed by committed volumes and minimum financial guarantees. Lam Research climbed about 4% as the most direct equipment beneficiary, Applied Materials rose about 1.5% ahead of its Q3 earnings report after the close, and Camtek was roughly flat after last week's sharp run. SanDisk shares jumped about 14% intraday.
