Sandisk is expanding its Quad Level Cell SSD portfolio with the upcoming Stargate QLC enterprise SSDs, aiming to strengthen its position in the AI storage market. The new drives will complement its existing TLC-based enterprise SSDs, offering high-capacity, cost-efficient storage for AI inference and enterprise workloads. Data center revenues surged 233% sequentially to $1.47 billion in the fiscal third quarter, contributing to total revenue growth of 97% to $5.95 billion. The company has also signed five multiyear supply agreements covering more than one-third of expected fiscal 2027 bit shipments, providing stronger demand visibility. Sandisk shares have risen 857.8% year-to-date, and the Zacks Consensus Estimate for fiscal 2026 earnings is $64.01 per share.
