SanDisk Corporation has reported a contracted backlog of up to $42 billion, driven by surging demand for AI data center storage. The company, which spun off from Western Digital in February 2025, saw fiscal Q3 2026 revenue reach $5.95 billion, up 251% year-over-year, with datacenter revenue up 645%. Management guided for Q4 revenue between $7.75 billion and $8.25 billion and non-GAAP EPS of $30 to $33. Despite a 39% decline from late-June highs amid a broader semiconductor pullback, Goldman Sachs raised its price target to $2,200 while maintaining a Buy rating, and hedge fund ownership increased 52% in the first quarter of 2026.
