The company has signed three new long-term contracts since its fiscal Q3 report, bringing the total to eight deals with data center and edge customers that include $93.9 billion in revenue at floor pricing and $16.5 billion in financial guarantees. Gross margins climbed to 84.6% from 26.2% a year ago, and the midpoint of its projected Q1 EPS of $45 was above the $44.21 consensus. Data center revenue surged to $3 billion from $213 million a year earlier, while its Edge segment revenue rose 392% to $5.4 billion. Sandisk expects to grow production at a mid-to-high-teens rate and sees agentic AI and KV-cache as major opportunities.
