Sandisk CorpLong-term supply deals including Meta, with $42B revenue from three deals, drive massive earnings growth.
Sandisk stock has jumped over 500% in 2026, and a reported long-term supply agreement with Meta Platforms for NAND flash storage chips could drive further multibagger gains. Reuters accessed an internal Meta memo revealing that Meta has struck a long-term deal with Sandisk to procure flash storage for its AI data centers, as Meta plans to double its AI compute capacity to 14 gigawatts by next year and develop four generations of in-house AI accelerators. Sandisk, the fifth-largest NAND flash supplier, had already signed five multi-year supply agreements, with three in the third quarter of fiscal 2026 generating at least $42 billion in revenue, well above its trailing-twelve-month revenue of $13.2 billion. The company has included variable pricing riders in these deals to capture upside from rising memory prices amid an industry shortage that SK Hynix expects to last four to five years. Analysts have been raising earnings estimates, with Sandisk's earnings reportedly surging 2,124% in fiscal 2026 to $66.51 per share, and the stock trades at just 25 times forward earnings, leaving room for a potential 2.6x jump if earnings reach $232.88 per share in a couple of years.
