Micron Technology IncAnalyst calls a 20-25% pullback a buying opportunity ahead of earnings, citing potential guide-up and strong order book.

Sarat Sethi, managing partner at DCLA, said on CNBC that a 20 to 25 percent pullback in Micron Technology shares would represent fast money exiting rather than a trend reversal, presenting a buying opportunity. Micron Technology is up 713 percent over the trailing year and 16 percent in the last month, with a 10.56 percent single-day drop on June 23 from 1,211.38 dollars. Sethi noted that if the company is hitting its numbers and exceeding guidance, a pullback of that magnitude is just quick money coming out, and the stock could be on its way to a higher high. He pointed to Micron's upcoming June 24 earnings, where a guide-up past 33.50 billion dollars in revenue and confident 2027 order book commentary would confirm the dip is buyable. The broader memory rally is underscored by SanDisk, up nearly 4,800 percent in a year, which posted 251 percent revenue growth with its Datacenter segment surging 645 percent.
