SBC Medical Group Holdings outlined a target of 1,000 clinics by 2035 and an incremental service-fee opportunity of roughly $15 million per year on a full-year basis during its second-quarter earnings call. The company reported Q2 revenue of $49 million, up 13% year-on-year, and adjusted EBITDA of $20 million, up 32%, with a 41% adjusted EBITDA margin. Management said the service-fee gains would phase in, with about half of the unrealized gains included in the third and fourth quarters of this fiscal year and full contribution starting next fiscal year. The company also highlighted AI initiatives, including a chatbot released in August and an AI call center expected before year-end, to scale operations without increasing indirect headcount.
