SC Asset Corporation, or SC, expects to close sales of approximately 19 detached house and townhome projects within its group, with a combined project value of more than 25.6 billion baht, by the end of 2026. Of these, four projects have already closed sales: Connasser Pattanakarn, Grand Bangkok Boulevard Ratchaphruek - Pinklao, V Compound Tiwanon - Rangsit, and Workplace Ramintra - Phraya Suren. Another 15 projects are close to closing sales, such as Grand Bangkok Boulevard Suksawat - Rama 3, Grand Bangkok Boulevard Krungthep Kreetha, and Bangkok Boulevard Signature Westgate. Mongkut Techolan, Managing Director of the Low-Rise Property Development and Marketing Business Group, said the success came from positioning products to suit target groups, continuous marketing activities, and using real living insights to develop home functions. Nattakit Sirirat, Deputy Managing Director of the Marketing and Innovation Line, said the home designs under the Live and Learn Home concept cover 19 projects under five brands: Grand Bangkok Boulevard, Bangkok Boulevard Signature, Bangkok Boulevard, Venue ID, and The Pavilion, with developed areas including Double Living, Equitable Bedroom, Secondary Pantry, His & Her Walk-in Closet, Cinematic Space, and Open Space Living. In the last four months of this year, SC is launching eight new home series in 19 potential locations, with four series already launched: Cape Dutch Revival, Modern Tropical, Pause Series, and Mid-Century Modern. Those interested can view homes at all 19 locations, or at the website www.scasset.com, or by calling 1749.
