Screen Holdings on the 28th revised upward its consolidated net profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2027 to 115 billion yen, a 25 percent increase from the previous year, compared with the earlier forecast of 110 billion yen. This is roughly in line with the average net profit forecast of 116 billion yen from 18 analysts compiled by IBES. The revision reflects current customer trends, and the annual dividend forecast was also raised from 175 yen to 183 yen. The assumed exchange rate for the second quarter and beyond, which underpins the earnings forecast, is 150 yen to the dollar.
