The 22 bond series concerned are BEM272A, BEM279A, BEM279B, BEM27OA, BEM284A, BEM284B, BEM286A, BEM286B, BEM292A, BEM295A, BEM299A, BEM306A, BEM312A, BEM314A, BEM329A, BEM334A, BEM342A, BEM349A, BEM349B, BEM354A, BEM362A and BEM369A. The key agenda items include amendments to the rights and obligations provisions concerning the issuer's duty to maintain financial ratios, and an increase in the interest rate on the bonds. The SEC requires the bondholders' representative to clearly analyse the advantages, disadvantages, benefits and impacts that bondholders would receive from a resolution to approve or not approve each option, together with supporting reasons and the opinion of the bondholders' representative. The SEC therefore asks bondholders to study the information carefully, exercise their rights to protect their interests, and seek information from the bondholders' representative so that they have complete information for deciding how to vote at this meeting.
