SenesTech announced that its active online subscription customer base more than doubled during the second quarter of 2026 compared to the first quarter, reaching a record level. The company's e-commerce business, which serves both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business customers, grew 186% quarter-over-quarter, driven by investments in Amazon, SenesTech.com, and digital marketing, as well as the transition to direct management of its Amazon channel and Shopify platform. A substantial portion of Shopify revenue comes from B2B customers, indicating that e-commerce demand extends beyond the consumer market. President and CEO Michael Edell stated that subscriber growth is a clear indicator the e-commerce strategy is working, strengthening revenue predictability and creating long-term customer relationships. The company believes the subscription model is well suited for its Evolve and ContraPest product lines, as rodent birth control is designed for ongoing use in long-term population management programs.
