Stellantis NVPartnership gives Stellantis Pro One's 2,500+ franchise dealers direct access to ServiceUp's fleet repair network, driving repair volume and parts sales.

ServiceUp, the AI-powered fleet repair and maintenance platform, has announced a partnership with Stellantis' Pro One business unit, giving every fleet on the platform direct access to the full Stellantis franchise dealer network across the United States. The deal brings more than 2,500 Stellantis franchise dealers, spanning Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat, and Alfa Romeo brands, into ServiceUp's repair network, with repairs dispatched, tracked, and billed entirely through the platform. ServiceUp connects directly into Servicenet, Stellantis's dealer-side billing infrastructure, so dealers can file claims through their existing workflow while fleet managers receive a single consolidated monthly statement. Fleet operators running light duty vehicles, Ram 5500 and smaller, can access the dealer network regardless of brand, and dealers carry bProAuto parts that often beat aftermarket pricing. The partnership also benefits dealers by streamlining communication and repair management with commercial fleet customers, replacing fragmented phone calls and emails with a digital workflow.
