The Stock Exchange of Thailand has announced the placement of an NC sign on the securities of Cho Thavee Public Company Limited, or CHO, after shareholders' equity fell below zero, effective from 20 July 2026 onwards, while maintaining the SP sign that prohibits trading. The 2025 financial statements submitted by CHO on 10 July 2026 show restated shareholders' equity for 2024 at negative 40 million baht and for 2025 at negative 1.14 billion baht, making the company subject to possible delisting under the exchange's regulations. CHO must disclose a remediation plan by 20 August 2026 and resolve the issue within three years, failing which its securities may be delisted.
