SET places SP sign on META shares on 16 Sept 2026 after auditor issues disclaimer of opinion on financial statements

The Stock Exchange of Thailand, or SET, placed an SP sign on the securities of Meta Corporation Public Company Limited, or META, on 16 September 2026 because the auditor issued a disclaimer of opinion and gave no conclusion on the financial statements. The SP sign was posted to warn investors to study the auditor's opinion together with the figures in the financial statements and the notes to the financial statements. The Securities and Exchange Commission may also order the company to amend its financial statements.
