Underlying profit fell and revenue declined, despite higher statutory profit and buyback.
SGH Ltd. reported a higher fiscal 2026 net profit of A$689.2 million, up from A$486 million, driven by lower significant items, while underlying net profit slipped to A$920 million from A$924 million. Revenue declined to A$10.589 billion from A$10.744 billion, with underlying revenue down 2% to A$10.564 billion. The company declared a fully franked final dividend of 32 cents per share, bringing full-year dividends to 64 cents per share, up 3%, and announced an on-market buy-back of up to A$500 million starting around August 11. For fiscal 2027, SGH expects flat to low single-digit EBIT growth. Shares fell around 9.3% to A$42.03 in Australia.
