SharonAI Holdings Inc, an AI chip rental firm, has secured two major contracts totaling $2.2 billion, according to a report on Leopold Aschenbrenner's Situational Awareness portfolio. The company, which is one of only three Nvidia Cloud Partners in Australia, signed a $1.25 billion deal with Indian IT services firm ESDS and a $950 million take-or-pay agreement with an unnamed Asia-Pacific tech giant. Revenue from the ESDS contract is expected to begin in September 2026, while the second deal will start generating cash in the third or fourth quarter of 2026. However, the ESDS agreement requires annual payments of roughly $250 million over five years plus $140 million in letters of credit, far exceeding ESDS's $69.5 million in total assets and $39.9 million in annual revenue, leading to concerns that about 75% of Wall Street's revenue forecasts for SharonAI hinge on this single contract.
