Shenzhen Urban Transport Planning Center Technology Group Company Limited led the project "Key Technologies and Applications for Intelligent Deduction and Precise Regulation of Complex Transportation Systems in Large Cities," which won the second prize at the 2025 National Science and Technology Progress Award. The project was led by Zhang Xiaochun, a national master of engineering survey and design and chief scientist at Shenzhen Urban Transport Planning Center, with a team that spent nearly 20 years overcoming core technologies such as continuous spatiotemporal operation restoration of complex transportation systems, dynamic deduction of large-scale multimodal transportation systems, and precise regulation under multi-objective system optimization. They developed a fully autonomous and controllable system platform, TransPaaS, and new intelligent enhancement equipment. The results have been applied in 300 cities at home and abroad, including Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Singapore, significantly improving the overall efficiency of urban transportation systems. The 2025 National Science and Technology Awards selected a total of 258 projects and 11 science and technology experts, including 149 National Science and Technology Progress Awards, comprising 3 special prizes, 13 first prizes, and 133 second prizes.
