Shoals Technologies Group IncQ2 revenue up 47%, record backlog, reaffirmed guidance

Shoals Technologies Group reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $163.4 million, up 47% year-over-year and within its guided range. The company added approximately $207 million in new orders, driving a record backlog and awarded orders of $801.4 million, a 19% increase from the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA was $31.6 million, growing 28% year-over-year, while adjusted diluted earnings per share came in at $0.12. Shoals reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance, expecting revenue between $600 million and $640 million and adjusted EBITDA between $118 million and $132 million. The company also announced a partnership with TerraFlow to support up to 5 gigawatts of annual long-duration energy storage deployments using its Power Hub Recombiner solution.
