Shuixing Home Textile released its 2026 interim report, showing first-half net profit attributable to the parent of 150 million yuan, up 6.4% year on year. Operating revenue was 1.976 billion yuan, up 2.8% year on year. Net profit attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring items was 126 million yuan, up 22.2% year on year. Net operating cash flow was negative 199 million yuan. Second-quarter operating revenue was 997 million yuan, up 0.1% year on year, while net profit attributable to the parent was 45.03 million yuan, down 12.3% year on year. The company said the home textile industry remained generally stable and consumer markets recovered. By advancing intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation and focusing on the healthy sleep segment, the company lifted its gross margin to 46.28 percent.
