SCGJWD LOGISTICS PCL NON-VOTING DRSJWD is issuing up to 1.5 billion baht in bonds and digital bonds to refinance maturing debt and manage cash flow.

SCGJWD Logistics Public Company Limited, or SJWD, is preparing to open subscriptions for two tranches of bonds and digital bonds with a combined value of up to 1.5 billion baht, to repay existing bonds maturing this year and to manage the company's internal cash flow. The first tranche has a 3-year term, maturing in 2029, with a fixed interest rate of 2.85% per year and a minimum subscription of 100,000 baht, open to the general public on September 18 and September 21-22, 2026. The second tranche, the digital bonds, has a term of 3 years and 6 months, maturing in 2030, with a fixed interest rate of 2.95% per year, a minimum subscription of 1,000 baht and a maximum of 50 million baht per person, open for subscription from September 18-22, 2026, exclusively through Krungthai Bank's Paotang application. Both tranches carry a credit rating of BBB+(tha) from Fitch Ratings (Thailand) as of July 2, 2026, with Bank of Ayudhya acting as the bondholders' representative and Krungthai Bank as the digital bond depository. As for second-quarter 2026 results, the company posted a record high, with total revenue of 7.06 billion baht, up 11.6% from the previous quarter and 9.7% from the same period a year earlier. Net profit stood at 463.4 million baht, up 67.6% from the previous quarter and 64.0% from the same period a year earlier. For its plans over the remainder of the year, the company is considering expanding its investments, with two to three deals under negotiation, expected to reach a conclusion within this year.
