The chipmaker set a price of $149 per ADS, slightly above its Seoul close, making it the largest US listing by a foreign firm. The sale was more than seven times oversubscribed, signaling strong investor appetite for AI infrastructure plays. Seoul's Kospi jumped more than four percent at one point, while Tokyo's Nikkei 225 gained 1.8 percent, with SoftBank surging over 10 percent. Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney and Jakarta also advanced, and oil prices edged up slightly as tensions over the Strait of Hormuz eased.
