Skyworks said it is hopeful the mergers with Qorvo will close within the calendar year and is preparing to close as early as within the fiscal year, though it gave no assurances on that timeline. Each exchange offer is conditioned on the closing of the mergers, which is not conditioned on the results of the exchange offers, and settlement is expected no earlier than the second business day after the merger closing date.
