Nasdaq delisting and SEC suspension
Smart Digital Group Limited has been notified that its securities will be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market on June 24, unless the company appeals to a Listing Qualifications Hearings Panel. Trading in the company’s ordinary shares has been halted since October 11, 2025, following a temporary suspension by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Nasdaq determined it is appropriate to use its authority under IM-5101-4 to delist the securities, which will remain halted and unavailable to trade until any appeal is resolved. After removal, the securities may become eligible for trading in the over-the-counter market.
