Snowflake stock surged 23% to $377.11 after the company reported fiscal second-quarter revenue of $1.55 billion, beating estimates, and raised its fiscal 2027 product-revenue forecast to $6.07 billion. The earnings beat and guidance hike lifted other cloud stocks, with Oracle advancing 3% to $150.26 and Cloudflare gaining 2% to $276.90. Snowflake's product revenue grew 37% to $1.49 billion, marking its third consecutive quarter of accelerating growth, and its remaining performance obligations reached $9 billion. The company also raised its full-year non-GAAP operating-margin outlook to 14.5% from 13.5%. Despite the rally, Snowflake reported a GAAP net loss of $191.7 million and faces a higher valuation bar going forward.
