This collaboration stems from integration by the Office of National Higher Education Science Research and Innovation Policy Council, or NXPO, together with government, private sector, and academic partners, to develop the Positive Lists Health Claims mechanism as a tool to drive food innovation, ease regulatory constraints, and support high-value products grounded in science.
