Solidion Technology Inc.Board authorized a $1.0 million stock buyback program, a capital-allocation/valuation event reflecting confidence.

Solidion Technology's Board of Directors has authorized a new stock buyback program of up to $1.0 Million of the company's outstanding common stock. The program took effect on September 13, 2026, and will remain in effect until the full authorized amount is repurchased, March 14, 2028, or the date the Board terminates the authorization. The Dallas-based advanced battery technology provider said the authorization reflects the Board's confidence in its long-term strategy and gives it added flexibility in capital allocation, with open-market repurchases expected to comply with federal securities laws and Nasdaq requirements. Chief Executive Officer Jaymes Winters said the program reflects confidence in Solidion's long-term prospects and a commitment to disciplined capital allocation, adding that the company's technology, intellectual property and strategic position provide a strong foundation for future growth. Solidion holds a portfolio of over 385 patents covering technologies such as high-capacity, silane gas free and graphene-enabled silicon anodes, biomass-based graphite, and advanced lithium-sulfur and lithium-metal technologies.
