The company now expects full-year 2026 net sales between $4.125 billion and $4.185 billion, adjusted EBITDA between $1.035 billion and $1.055 billion, and adjusted diluted earnings per share between $2.75 and $2.95. Growth was driven by robust demand in nuclear energy, electronic materials, refrigerants, and healthcare packaging, with six of seven businesses growing and four at double-digit rates. The company also provided third-quarter 2026 net sales guidance of $990 million to $1.03 billion and highlighted progress on its pending acquisition of Element Solutions, expected to close in the first half of 2027.
