Sony launches new headphone models, strengthening its product portfolio.
Sony Electronics has introduced the WH-1000XM4C (M4 2nd Gen) wireless noise-cancelling headphones, a refreshed version of its popular WH-1000XM4 model, alongside updates to its mid-range and entry-level wireless headphone lines with the WH-CH730N and WH-CH530. The WH-1000XM4C retains the legendary 1000X Series noise cancelling and premium sound, now with a new 10-band equalizer and color options including Lavender, Black, and Platinum Silver, priced at $299.99 USD. The WH-CH730N, available now in Black, White, Pink, and Blue from September 2026 at $179.99 USD, offers improved call quality, longer battery life, and a foldable design. The WH-CH530, also available now in Black, Cobalt, White, and Pink from September 2026 at $69.99 USD, features six playful colors and up to 55-hour battery life. These launches strengthen Sony's wireless headphone portfolio, which also includes the recently announced 1000X THE COLLEXION and WH-1000XM6.
