Sparx Group announced on July 31 its consolidated results for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027. Recurring profit expanded 72.4% year on year to 2.69 billion yen. At the same time, the company revised up its interim dividend from the previously planned 47 yen to 55 yen, and its year-end dividend also from 47 yen to 55 yen, bringing the expected annual dividend to 110 yen. The operating profit margin on sales for the April–June quarter rose to 49.1% from 38.3% a year earlier.
