SPIE has entrusted BNP Paribas Financial Markets with the implementation of a liquidity contract effective from July 1st 2026. The agreement runs until 31 December 2026 and is automatically renewable for successive twelve-month periods. Fifteen million euros in cash have been allocated to the liquidity account to provide liquidity and market-making services for SPIE's ordinary shares on Euronext Paris. The contract may be suspended under conditions set by AMF Decision No. 2021-01 or if certain thresholds are reached, and it can be terminated by SPIE at any time or by BNP Paribas Financial Markets with one month's notice.
