Sportradar Group AG reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of 378 million euros, up 19 percent year-over-year, but lowered its full-year revenue growth guidance to 19 to 21 percent on a constant currency basis, citing US market moderation and tax and regulatory headwinds. Betting Technology and Solutions revenue rose 21 percent to 314 million euros, while Sports Content, Technology and Services revenue increased 9 percent to 64 million euros. Adjusted EBITDA grew 19 percent to 76 million euros, with a margin of 20 percent, though the company posted a net loss of 4 million euros compared to a profit of 49 million euros a year ago. Free cash flow in the first half reached 103 million euros, up 23 percent, and the company repurchased approximately 140 million dollars worth of shares in the quarter. The updated full-year guidance implies reported revenue of 1.518 billion to 1.533 billion euros and adjusted EBITDA of 360 million to 368 million euros.
