ST Development signed restructuring investment agreements with nine financial investors separately on August 20, involving the transfer of approximately 253 million newly converted shares at a price of 1.08 yuan per share, with total restructuring investment funds of about 274 million yuan and a lock-up period of 12 months. Among the nine investors, China Foreign Economy and Trade Trust Company and Shandong International Trust Company are state-owned enterprises, with total assets of 17.2 billion yuan and 13.6 billion yuan respectively in 2025, and investment amounts of 12.96 million yuan and 13.48 million yuan respectively. The remaining seven are recently established partnerships controlled by natural persons after tracing through their ownership structures, with investment amounts ranging from 8.64 million yuan to 43.2 million yuan. Among them, Beijing Yaqing has previously appeared in the restructuring investments of ST Xinyuan and ST Jingang. After the restructuring is completed, ST Development's registered business address will remain in Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing. In the first half of 2026, ST Development reported operating revenue of 64.14 million yuan, down 64.28 percent year on year, and a net loss attributable to the parent company of 50.2 million yuan, down 1,028.81 percent year on year. On August 24, its share price closed at 2.98 yuan per share, up 6.05 percent, with a total market value of 3.279 billion yuan.
