The company plans to enter into a settlement agreement with Beijing Lisichen Computer Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Chenguang Rongxin Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Chenguang Rongxin Enterprise Management Center Limited Partnership, Beijing Chenzheng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., and Pan Fengyan. According to preliminary estimates by the finance department, this debt restructuring is expected to generate gains of approximately 56.7 million yuan, which will have a positive impact on the company's current financial position.
