ST Lutong released its 2026 interim report, showing first-half operating revenue of 47.9 million yuan, up 12.0 percent year on year, while net loss attributable to the parent narrowed to 21.53 million yuan from 21.87 million yuan a year earlier. Second-quarter revenue was 26.6 million yuan, up 49.5 percent year on year, and the net loss attributable to the parent was 14.37 million yuan, down from 17.85 million yuan in the same period last year. As of the end of the second quarter, total assets stood at 486 million yuan, down 4.6 percent from the end of the previous year, and net assets attributable to the parent were 398 million yuan, down 5.1 percent. The company said the broadcasting industry is at a critical stage of transformation, with growth drivers shifting to four emerging businesses: 5G communications, broadband convergence, government and enterprise digitalisation, and cultural digitalisation, while network transmission business is affected by declining traditional broadcasting investment. During the reporting period, the company made no major investment projects and plans no cash dividend, no bonus shares, and no conversion of capital reserve into share capital.
