The dispute between Starlink Precision and seven plaintiffs including Sun Caijin and Zhu Jiajia has been ordered by the Guangdong Provincial Higher People's Court to be retried by the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, with execution of the original judgment suspended during the retrial. Based on this ruling, the company applied to the enforcement court to suspend execution and lift enforcement measures related to its dishonest status. It has now been removed from the list of judgment debtors subject to enforcement, and the consumption restrictions on former legal representative Xie Xiaohua have been lifted simultaneously. In the first quarter of 2026, Starlink Precision achieved revenue of 352 million yuan and a net profit attributable to the parent company of 3.22 million yuan.
