Analog Devices IncStifel raised price target and maintained Buy after strong Q2 earnings beat and above-consensus guidance.

Stifel raised its price target on Analog Devices from $450 to $498 and maintained a Buy rating following the company's strong fiscal second-quarter 2026 earnings. Analog Devices posted revenue of $3.62 billion, beating the $3.52 billion consensus, and adjusted earnings per share of $3.09, above the expected $2.91. The results were driven by a 56% year-over-year increase in the Industrial Business segment, which accounts for 50% of total revenue. Management issued third-quarter guidance with a revenue midpoint of $3.9 billion and adjusted earnings per share of $3.30, both well above analyst estimates. Stifel believes Analog Devices remains an attractive buying opportunity despite the broader tech sell-off.
